It's Kinda Like "The Exorcist"...

Our heads are spinning yet again.

1) Mom's case manager called again and mom's insurance has overridden Medicare's decision to keep her for another week. Now she is coming home THIS Saturday. Apparently Secure Horizons thinks if you can walk 50 ft on your own (mom can walk 300 ft), you're good to go.

2) We have decided to hire the woman from my sister's church. She'll start whenever mom's rehab starts...mom's appointment for rehab has not been set. She will go 5 days a week for the first 2 weeks and then 3 days a week for the next 2 weeks.

3) Since mom has no place to be on Monday, I'm using the vacation day I was going to use next Friday to stay home w/ her...which will probably be a good thing and help her get acclamated again. Saturday will wear her out...
