So today my boss had to fire one of our team members. It's sad to have to do that in this economy but he had so many chances during his two years w/ us. He just didn't understand that you have to be at work on time; you have to stay until the end of the work day; you have to take only one hour for lunch; you have to call in if you're sick or late...you have to...Tomorrow, I get to pack up his personal belongings.
