Update on Mom

My mom had a mild stroke over the weekend. She's doing good and the doctor says the prognosis is good. They moved her out of the ICU last night. The blood pocket on her brain is not one that can be operated on - it usually dissolves itself and is due to high blood pressure. Her memory is the only thing that was affected and is starting to come back. They will move her to rehab this week to make sure she can stand and walk w/o falling. She will be there about two weeks.
