A Merry White Christmas!

So, not only was it our first family Christmas ALL together in 25 years...it was also the first white Christmas in FW in 85 years! My nieces Wambui, Nyaguthi and Rose who live in Kenya, had never seen snow at all. And instead of our usual seven family members, we had 16 and we were still missing a few (my niece Penny & her husband Jim stayed in Kenya; and my nephew Joseph had to work). Obviously, this wasn't just a trip home for Christmas for my brother David and his family. Between the birth of his first grandchild, Zuri, and my mom's stroke, they decided that this was the year to come. We had a great time together and got lots of family pics together. Unfortunately, my camera batteries started dying toward the end so I will have to rely on someone to email the fireside pics to me. But I have uploaded a few fun ones today. God created a very special Christmas for us!
