Good to Hear

Today our boss told us that ExxonMobil will need employees so we will still have jobs once the buyout is complete. We may be rearranged - our group might be split up - but there will be plenty of work. That was good to hear. I feel sorry for the rest of my group since they may not be able to get Exxon's pension when they retire. This year I have felt old since I'm only a year away from 40. But if I am able to stay w/ Exxon I will get the full pension since you have to have 15 years by age 55. I'm just the right age at just the right time!
